90th Annual Pioneer Days 2026 Vendor Opportunities

The City of Twentynine Palms is excited to announce the 90th Annual Pioneer Days, presented by the Bowladium Family Fun Center taking place October 15–18, 2026, with this year’s theme, “A Century in the Making: Celebrating 100 Years of the Old Schoolhouse.”

 

As preparations get underway for this milestone celebration, the City is inviting local businesses, food vendors, organizations, and other community partners to participate in several vendor opportunities throughout the weekend.

Interested vendors are encouraged to apply early, as applications will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicants must complete the appropriate application and submit all required documentation to secure consideration for their desired event.

Those interested in the catering opportunity for the “A Century in the Making” Mixer at the Old Schoolhouse Museum should review and submit the RFP – Catering Services for A Century in the Making Mixer according to the instructions provided in the RFP.

 

Pioneer Days is one of the community’s most anticipated annual celebrations, drawing residents and visitors from throughout the Morongo Basin. The four-day celebration will feature live entertainment, games and activities, family fun, great food, and opportunities to celebrate Twentynine Palms’ rich history and community spirit.

 

Community members and businesses interested in participating are encouraged to register by the September 18 deadline.
