Catering Proposals Sought for 90th Annual Pioneer Days Parade Military Participants

The City of Twentynine Palms Parks & Recreation Department is inviting qualified caterers and food vendors to submit proposals for catering services for Military Participants of the Pioneer Days Parade taking place on Thursday, October 17, 2026, directly following the Parade at the Twentynine Palms Community Center.

The 90^th Annual Pioneer Days, presented by Bowladium Family Fun Center, will commemorate the 100^th anniversary of the Old Schoolhouse. The event will bring together residents, civic leaders, and community partners for an evening of history, connection, and celebration.

The City of Twentynine Palms Parks & Recreation Department invites qualified caterers and food vendors to submit proposals for catering services for a special luncheon for the options appropriate for a social event with approximately 40-60 guests. Non-alcoholic beverage service is required.

A catering kitchen located in Twentynine Palms Community Center will be available for food preparation and staging. However, no full kitchen services are available on-site.

Interested vendors are asked to submit a proposal that includes sample menus, pricing, staffing plans, licensing documentation, and any available references. The deadline to submit proposals is Friday, October 2, 2026, by 6:00 p.m.
