Strategic Planning Workshop

With the assistance of MIG (Moore, Iacofano, Goltsman, Inc.), the City Council and City Staff will be conducting a Strategic Planning Workshop on Friday, April 4 and Saturday, April 5, 2025. Friday's workshop will be held in the Council Chambers inside City Hall (6136 Adobe Road) beginning at 5PM. The location of Saturday's workshop is to be determined and announced at a later date. Saturday's workshop will begin at 10AM.

The purpose of this workshop is to outline a community vision, share values, mission, and the steps to realize the future vision, a means for accomplishing goals and objectives. This process will foster real community engagement, generative discussions, and long-term thinking. The public is invited to attend.
