Twentynine Palms Summer Event Series Continues with The Princess Diaries at Movies in the Park

Get ready for a royal night under the stars! The City of Twentynine Palms Parks & Recreation Department invites you and your family to this week’s Movies in the Park event on Thursday, July 10, as part of the 2025 Summer Event Series.

Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, and snacks to Luckie Park Soccer Field and enjoy the Disney classic The Princess Diaries on the big “screen.” The movie begins at approximately 8:00 p.m., and admission is completely FREE for all ages!

This beloved film follows Mia Thermopolis, an awkward teenager who discovers she’s heir to the throne of a European kingdom. With charm, laughs, and heartfelt moments, this movie is a perfect summer pick for the whole family.

Important Reminders:

• All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
• Please be respectful of your neighbors and keep talking to a minimum during the film.
• In the event you need to leave during the movie, please exit via the Two Mile Road side to avoid headlights shining on the movie.
