Twentynine Palms to Host Free CERT Basic Preparedness Training Courses

In partnership with the Morongo Basin Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), the City of Twentynine Palms is offering CERT Basic Training, an essential program designed to equip residents with life-saving skills. The CERT Basic Training provides hands-on instruction in disaster preparedness, fire safety, light search and rescue, team organization, and basic medical operations. This free training empowers individuals to assist their families, neighbors, and communities in emergencies before professional responders arrive.

Our local Morongo Basin CERT is offering a Basic Preparedness Course on Saturday from March 8 to April 12. These training courses are designed to prepare you to help yourself first and help others in the event of a disaster. Join Training Coordinator Carl Angdahl for this FREE CERT training so you can learn how to assist yourself and others to save lives and protect property.
