Move/Create Summer Dance & Art Camp Brings Creativity and Movement to Twentynine Palms This July
Twinkle Toes Dance Hi Desert is partnering with Twentynine Palms Parks and Recreation to provide local families with an engaging and imaginative summer experience at the Move/Create Summer Dance & Art Camp, taking place July 13-17, 2026, at the Luckie Park Activity Center in Twentynine Palms.
Designed for children ages 4-9, this week-long camp blends dance, movement, and visual arts in a supportive, inclusive environment where creativity thrives. Sessions will run daily from 9:30 AM to 1:30 PM, offering young participants a dynamic and enriching opportunity to explore self-expression through both movement and art.
The Move/Create camp encourages campers to build confidence, spark imagination, and collaborate through a variety of engaging activities. Each day will include:
- Creative dance and basic choreography
- Art projects inspired by movement and expression
- Play-based learning and group collaboration
- Opportunities to develop creativity in a fun and encouraging setting
"Where movement meets creativity" is more than a slogan—it reflects the camp's mission to help children discover new ways to express themselves while building lasting skills and friendships.
The full week of camp is available for $180 per participant. Families are encouraged to register early at Twentynine Palms Rec Desk, as space is limited.
