City of Twentynine Palms to Host World Blood Donor Day Blood Drive

Community Members Invited to Donate at the LifeStream Bloodmobile — Walk-Ins Welcome

In recognition of World Blood Donor Day, the City of Twentynine Palms Parks & Recreation Department, in partnership with LifeStream Blood Bank, will host a community Blood Drive on Sunday, June 14, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The drive will take place in the bloodmobile stationed at the Twentynine Palms Community Center, located at 6547 Freedom Way, Twentynine Palms.

World Blood Donor Day, observed annually on June 14, honors voluntary, unpaid blood donors and raises awareness of the critical need for safe blood. Every unit of blood donated has the potential to save up to three lives, and local blood drives like this one play a vital role in maintaining an adequate supply for patients throughout the region.

Walk-ins are welcome, and the City encourages all eligible community members to participate. As a special thank-you, donors will receive a $20 Red Robin gift card while supplies last.
