Registration Now Open for 2025 Youth Camps in Twentynine Palms

The City of Twentynine Palms is excited to offer a dynamic lineup of summer camps in 2025 for youth of all ages and interests. From basketball and soccer to creativity, leadership, and full-day adventures, families can now register for these action-packed programs designed to keep kids active, engaged, and inspired all summer long.

Coach Schneider's Wildcat Basketball Camp

Hosted in partnership with the Twentynine Palms High School Girls Basketball Team.

  • Dates: June 9-13, 2025
  • Time: 9-11AM
  • Location: Twentynine Palms Community Center (6547 Freedom Way)
  • Ages: 8-14
  • Cost: $80 (includes a t-shirt)

Join Coach Schneider and the Wildcats for five exciting mornings of skill-building, games, and FUN—all while supporting local athletes. Families can register online through RecDesk here. The registration deadline is May 31 at 6PM.

Challenger Sports Soccer Camp — Foundational Skills Camps

  • Location: Knott's Sky Park (6701-6899 El Sol Avenue)
  • Tiny Tykes (Ages 3-5): 5-5:45PM | Early Bird: $110 (reg. $130)
  • Half Day Camp (Ages 6-14): 6-9PM | Early Bird: $170 (reg. $200)

Camp GOTR — Girls on the Run

Camp GOTR provides opportunities for girls to build friendships through fun games, enjoy physical activities, and express creativity through arts, crafts, and storytelling.

  • Sessions: July 21-25 OR July 28 - August 1, 2025
  • Time: 8:30AM - 12:30PM
  • Location: Luckie Park Activity Center (74325 Joe Davis Drive)
  • Grades: Girls entering 3rd-5th grade in the fall
  • Cost: Only $15 (thanks to National Recreation & Park Association and Nike grant funding)

Each camper receives a journal, t-shirt, daily snacks, and 20 hours of programming focused on friendship, leadership, and self-expression. Camp GOTR is led by trained GOTR Coaches.

Twentynine Palms Parks & Recreation Summer Day Camp

The perfect full-day camp option for elementary-aged kids. Join us for a summer of fun with daily crafts, games, pool visits, trips to the Community Center gym, bowling, hikes in Joshua Tree National Park, field trips to Chuck E. Cheese, and so much more!

  • Dates: June 9 - August 8, 2025
    • 4 sessions run concurrently for 2 weeks, with the 5th session offered for one week
  • Location: Patriotic Hall at Luckie Park (5882 Luckie Avenue)
  • Grades: Children entering 1st-5th grade in the fall
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30AM - 5:15PM
  • Cost: $140 per 2-week session or $630 for all 5 sessions

Space is limited to 40 children per 2-week session. All camp staff hold current CPR and First Aid certifications. Families can register online through RecDesk here.
