Yoga For All Classes
Join us for Yoga For All, welcoming and inclusive yoga classes designed to help you stretch, strengthen, and relax your mind, body, and spirit. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or a first-timer, these all-level classes will provide a mid-week reset, empowering you to tackle life's challenges with renewed energy and focus.
What to Expect:
- An accessible yoga practice suitable for everyone, regardless of experience.
- A safe, non-judgmental, and hate-free zone fostering connection and community.
- Yoga mats and props are provided for your convenience.
Classes are held four times per month on Wednesdays at the Luckie Park Activity Center (74325 Joe Davis Drive). No classes will be held April 30, July 30, October 29, December 24, and December 31.

Gentle practice with the support of a chair to improve your range of motion, balance, and flexibility. Held at the Twentynine Palms Senior Center (6539 Adobe Road).
TEEN YOGA

Om out your teen angst, meet new friends, and support each other in stretching, strengthening, and relaxing your mind, body, and spirit so you can ace all of life's challenges.
PARENTS & BABIES YOGA PLAYTIME

Meet other parents and babies and learn, grow, and stretch together with strengthening but gentle yoga poses that will leave you feeling like a superhero ready to take on the world.
PRENATAL YOGA

Join a group of expecting parents to prepare your mind, body, and spirit for childbirth and parenthood with breathing, stretching, and strengthening poses that will help you feel ready to meet your baby.

End your mid-week slump with this all-levels yoga flow that will help reset your mind, body, and spirit, so you can tackle the rest of the week and feel like you can walk on water.
