Coach Schneider's Basketball Camp
When:The Twentynine Palms Parks & Recreation Department is thrilled to announce the much-anticipated return of Coach Schneider’s Basketball Camp, offering an exciting opportunity for budding athletes to hone their skills and unleash their potential on the court.
Open for registration until May 31 at 5:00 p.m., Coach Schneider’s Basketball Camp is tailored for ages 8-14 and promises a week-long immersive experience from June 10-14. Taking place at the Twentynine Palms Community Center located at 6547 Freedom Way, this comprehensive camp will run from 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. daily.
Designed to provide participants with a well-rounded understanding of the game, the camp curriculum covers essential basketball fundamentals, including ball handling techniques, passing precision, shooting accuracy, and both defensive and offensive strategies. Led by seasoned coach Michael Schneider with assistance from the Twentynine Palms High School Girls Basketball players, attendees can expect personalized instruction and skill-building exercises to elevate their game to the next level.
As a token of participation, each camper will receive an exclusive camp t-shirt, serving as a lasting memento of their memorable journey through Coach Schneider’s Basketball Camp.
