Title: Juneteenth Community Event Production Services

Description: The City of Twentynine Palms Parks & Recreation Department invites qualified organizations to submit proposals to conceptualize, plan, coordinate, and implement a community Juneteenth celebration in Twentynine Palms.

The City has allocated up to $2,500 for this effort and seeks proposals from proposers capable of delivering a meaningful, inclusive, educational, and community-centered event within the available budget.

The selected proposer will be responsible for full event planning and production services, including event concept development, planning and coordination, program development, budget administration, event operations, marketing and outreach, and post-event deliverables.

Proposers should recommend event name, date, time, location, format, and programming. The City is open to a range of event formats including cultural celebrations, educational programs, community gatherings, live performances, family-friendly festivals, speaker series, art and music events, or multi-component public celebrations.

Eligible proposers include non-profit organizations, community organizations, businesses, and cultural organizations with demonstrated experience producing public events and the capacity to successfully execute the proposed event.
