Twenynine Palms Dog Park

The City of Twentynine Palms wants you and your furry family members to enjoy our New Dog Park at Knott's Sky Park. Knott's Sky Park is located at 6897 El Sol Avenue, approximately three blocks south of 29 Palms Hwy. Follow and observe all rules posted at the park. Make sure to keep your dog in the correct designated area: Large Dogs (30lbs or more) and Small Dogs (30lbs or less).
 

Twentynine Palms Bark Park Rules

Closings: The City of Twentynine Palms has the right to close the park without prior notice for maintenance, inclement weather, special events, and/or other activities.

  • Hours: Dawn to Dusk.

  • USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! - Owners are legally responsible and assume all risks for the actions and behaviors of their dog(s) at all times. Limit 3 dogs per owner.

  • Must keep park gates closed at all times.

  • Owner/Handler must prevent their dogs from digging and/or being destructive in the park.

  • Owners must leash dogs while entering and leaving the Off-Leash Area.

  • Owners must clean up waste and dispose of it immediately.

  • Smoking, drug use, alcoholic beverages, food (animal or people), or glass containers are not permitted in the dog park.

  • No one under the age of 12 years is permitted unless accompanied by an adult.

  • No strollers, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, or children's toys are permitted in the dog park.

  • No dogs over 30lbs. are allowed inside the small dog park.

  • No puppies under four months.

  • No activities not related to dogs are allowed.

  • No other animals besides dogs are allowed.

  • Dogs only on equipment.

  • Dogs must be licensed, wearing tags, and be up-to-date on vaccines.

  • Dogs must be spayed or neutered.

  • Dog(s) exhibiting dangerous, aggressive, unruly, sick, or injured are not permitted.

  • Dogs off leashes must remain in the fenced-in area and accompanied by their owner/handlers at all times.

  • Dogs barking excessively must be quieted or removed.


Violators will be subject to removal from the park, suspension of park privileges, and may be given a citation. If you have an emergency, call 911. Enjoy your Twentynine Palms Bark Park!
