During this time he implemented the City’s first General Plan and Development Code updates, created Redevelopment programs, and provided staff support for the annexation of the Marine Corps Base Mainside. Following his retirement from the City, he opened Corbin Planning, a land use/environmental consulting business. He has an Associate’s Degree from Copper Mountain College and a Certificate in Land Use and Environmental Planning from the University of California-Riverside.
